Cascade Plating & Machine is

invested in state of the art equipment such as our Mori-Seiki turning
center. With its computer controlled
4 axis movement, speed and reliability, you can be assured of accurate rapidly
produced equipment.
This leading edge turning center
is capable of turning parts as large as 16 in diameter and up to 114 in
length. It also features a steady rest
that can accommodate from 1 3/8 to 9 5/8 diameter.
This turning center is ideally
suited for industrial shafting. Due to
its milling capabilities we can machine, drill and tap up to ½ in one
operation. This reduces setup times
and controls accuracy, which helps to lower your cost.
These features when combined with
our computer aided design, computer aided manufacturing software, and our
knowledgeable technicians, gives us the ability to offer quantities of one to
lots of a thousand or more.

Industrial Hard Chrome Plating as well as Welding, Fabrication, and a complete full
service Machine Shop.
